Leading architecture and development across several enterprise platforms in the test management domain. The flagship is Qaron, a test management platform for manual and automated QA, which I architected from greenfield design to deployment across multiple clients.
What I did
- Architected the Qaron test management platform from greenfield design through to client deployment.
- Reactive Java microservices (Spring WebFlux) with gRPC communication between services.
- Golang orchestration layer that automates deployment to Kubernetes, Docker and OpenShift.
- GraphQL federation gateway with real time subscriptions, plus Netflix DGS GraphQL to gRPC integration.
- Angular frontend on NgRx Signal Store and PrimeNG, with dynamic test scheduling on GitLab CI/CD.
- Full observability stack (Loki, Grafana, Prometheus) and a high performance Rust service ingesting logs and metrics into ClickHouse.
- AI assisted test generation from business requirements, with code validation at merge request level and a human in the loop.
Impact
- Delivered a production grade enterprise platform at startup velocity.
- Architecture documented with the C4 model and adopted across platform modules.
- Led a three person core team establishing shared standards and patterns across services.
