- Is used exclusively to respond to your message
- Is never shared with third parties
- Will be deleted within 7 days after communication ends
- Will be deleted immediately upon your request

Unauthorized representation & GDPR
Important notice for companies and recruitment agencies:
According to Article 6 GDPR and § 13 of Slovak Law No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection, processing of personal data is lawful only when the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data.
No company or recruitment agency is authorized to:
- Represent me without my explicit written consent
- Offer my services to third parties without my knowledge
- Process or share my personal data without legal basis
- Create profiles or databases containing my data without consent
Violations may be subject to fines up to 20 million EUR or 4% of global annual turnover (Article 83 GDPR).
In case of unauthorized processing of my data, I reserve the right to file a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority and seek damages.
